Today's high profile meeting with Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri.P.S.Tamang sir was very fruitful and full of substance. Hon'ble Minister Tourism & Civil Aviation & Industry Shri.B.S.Panth gave strong and encouraging speech which expressed lots of hope and aspiration for the stake holders. Meeting was pumped in more vigour due to full participation of Tourism Stake Holders Association namely; TAAS, Suto, Astha, Luxury Vehicles association , Sikkim Home stay association, SHRA , ORHAS and Paragliding Association. Every association head put up a very good suggestions to the government. Mr.Kapil Meena's presentation on reopening of tourism and SOP was good. Various heads of department put up nice suggestions. Atmosphere was cordial. Chief Secretary of Sikkim gave some beautiful suggestions for the reopening. Best part was our Hon'ble Chief Minister's speech which had lot of suggestions for the way forward of opening of Tourism Industry of visitors. HCM also spoke on the assistance to the tourism stake holders who have been suffering for the past 6-7 months due to COVID 19 Lock down. It is learnt that as and when Economic Revival Comittee is presented to the government, there will be some help coming in for the Stake holders. Meeting was also attended by Shri.
