Parents were really happy with all the arrangements made by them. Pick up/drop were punctual and prompt. Hotels booked by them were really good. After parents returned back, they wanted a more detailed bill for submitting it to their office for reimbursement. I emailed Yak and Yeti about it and asked them to sent a detailed bill by post. They didn't reply. I thought, who will care for sending a bill , after the trip is over. I told my Dad, to forget it. BUT, the bill came by speed post after 2 weeks. This surprised me a lot. They proved that they do things not for just money.

I recommend this travel agents to all people ( both young and old) for touring sikkim. The places covered were- Gangtok - lachen-lachung. (Yumthang valley, gurudmongar lake, rumtek)
